VoiceSaver® Business Phone Service

 When a second call comes in while you're on a call, you will hear a beep, indicating that a call is waiting. You can allow the call to go to voicemail or you can switch over without dropping your original call. 

 Call transfer is an in-call feature that lets you easily transfer incoming calls from your phone to another phone number, mobile,  or extension anywhere in the world.

 Call Forwarding lets you direct calls to one or many phone numbers, including your home, office, mobile or any phone worldwide. VoiceSaver®  also allows you to forward based on Caller ID or the time of day a call comes in. 

 VoiceSaver®  allows you to setup call screening with an audio message that tells you which number was dialed and provides caller ID info. If you have multiple phone numbers, you'll know exactly which number your caller is trying to reach..  

 VoiceSaver®  receives your faxes and sends them to an email or multiple email addresses specified by you. 

 VoiceSaver®  allows you to send faxes to Banks, Government agencies or other parties that have Fax facilities. Many banks only accept documents sent to them in the form of fax. Also many doctors' offices only accept faxes.

Line hunting is the method of distributing phone calls from a single telephone number to a group of several phone lines. Specifically, it refers to the process or algorithm used to select which line will receive the call. 

 The VoiceSaver® IVR is a very powerful feature that allows you to connect to your database and provide valuable information to the callers. Based on the caller ID and a simple passcode, the software could play shipping status information or account balances.  VoiceSaver® IVR allows you to implement comprehensive logic.

 VoiceSaver®  allows your authorized employees to make international calls. We have direct relationship with wholesale international carriers who offer very competitive rates.   VoiceSaver® is highly optimized to control fraud.  

 Whether it’s a local, toll-free or international number, We will  port your phone numbers from your current carrier.  There will not be any charges for the service.

Simultaneous ringing enables a number of different phones to ring at once when a call comes in. Once the call gets answered, the ringing  stops on the rest of the phone lines. It enables you to take calls from any of your designated lines, and it can help your staff avoid missing sales calls.

 VoiceSaver® records the voice message from the caller and sends as an attachment to an email or emails provided .

Optionaly it can transcribe the voice message and send the text of the message to ones email box or cell phone. The feature uses the speech recognition services of Amazon® AWS or IBM Watson®.  The feature supports English, Spanish, Arabic, Farsi, French, German, and Hindi/Urdu.
