Senior Management Coordinator:

Conduct organizational studies & evaluations, design systems & procedures, & prepare operations and procedures manuals to assist management in operating & managing various projects.


Utilize: standard Tools and processes including Rational DOORS, Enterprise OSS/BSS architectures, Visio, PowerPoint, Word and Microsoft Project, Ethernet-enabled products, TeleManagement Framework (eTOM, SID, TAM).


Telecommunications Sale Agent:

  1. Sell telecommunications products and services to both individuals and companies.
  2. Sell VoIP for corporate technology and communications systems.
  3. Build market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships.
  4. Keep abreast of current technology trends.
  5. Identify, contact and build relationships with prospective customers through a combination of telephone and in-person cold calls, networking and referrals to obtain appointments.
  6. Leverage the CRM system to develop prospecting and sales strategy that ensures high activity and effective closing ratios.
  7. Book and install new lines/circuits/bundles/services to meet established monthly quotas.

  14. Capture and review any competitive intelligence gathered and proactively communicates this information to marketing.
  15. Define personal and corporate revenue objectives.
